New Patient Consultation/Intake
60 minute appointment designed to help us understand your health history and health goals. Includes a detailed Traditional Chinese Medicine intake and treatment plan. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best health care for your individual needs and may refer you on to other health care providers if needed.

Relaxation Treatment
30 minute appointment includes general relaxation acupuncture points plus Tui Na. This is a short treatment specifically meant to relax and revitalize your body.

New Patient Consultation/Intake plus treatment
90 minute appointment that includes everything in the New Patient Consultation/Intake plus an acupuncture treatment.

Follow Up Treatment
60 minute appointment available for existing patients who have already had a New Patient Consult/Intake. Follow-up treatments continue care on your individual treatment plan and may also address any new health concerns. The treatments may include any of the following therapies depending on individual patient needs: Tui Na, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Moxa. Chinese herbs and dietary recommendations may also be included.
Financial Assistance Options
Please reach out if you would like a treatment but are financially unable to pay the full price. At Jewell Health we want everyone to have access to healthcare. Reduced rates are available for anyone who qualifies for state assistance (Medical assistance, MNcare, SNAP, free and reduced school lunch). Reduced rates are also available for anyone who identifies as part of a marginalized community, who are currently students or who might be experiencing temporary financial hardship. Please send us an e-mail and we will respond with more information about reduced rates.
“Pay it forward” Options
To help support our financial assistance program, there is an option to add $10 when paying for your appointment. All of these funds go directly to supporting our financial assistance program. There is never any obligation or expectation to do this. If you do contribute, we thank you for making health care possible for everyone!
